This acquisition will enable eBase to offer more engaging, effective, and robust Internet of Things solutions built on Software AG’s Cumulocity IoT Platform. These solutions include Fleet Lite, Indoor Asset Tracking and Management, Smart Attendance Management, Intelligent Waste Control System and SmartHealth. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Cumulocity IoT provides very fast visibility and control over your remote assets, be these houses, cars, machines or any other assets that you want to manage. eBase’s acquisition will help drive quicker deployment centered around prebuilt applications.
